  9. @AudySarah1 you just need to pur some weight on the pastry so it stays the way you've put it into the form :) otherwise the edges might fall down and the bottom would get bubbly :)

  10. @AudySarah1 You can use pie weights as well- beans are just a trick that is less expensive.

    @MsBoredSurfer The filling should be soft and set (not runny). It's like eating an egg custard.
