    i make omelettes all the time and am able to flip them easily but when it comes to pancakes mine break every time.

  11. We had to throw out the first batch because it was way too salty. Honestly just don't use any salt in the pancakes and will turn out good.

  16. Hey, Metamorphia MLP – Salt sparks the flavor of most dishes. You'll be missing something if you leave it out entirely. How about cutting down on the amount instead? Use 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon. Start with a small amount, give it a taste, and see how you like the flavor. You could try a small taste of batter with and without salt and compare the flavor that way, too.
