Ingredients:

125g vegetable shortening (Copha or solidified coconut oil works fine)
125g confectioner’s sugar (pure icing sugar)
6 tablespoons cocoa powder (good quality)
4 tablespoons powdered milk (full cream)
Pinch of salt

    Made it and it tastes delicious! I would adjust the coconut oil to 3/4-1C to get the consistency thinner so it pours.I used powdered goats milk instead.

  14. that's a fake chocolate… you should use cocoa butter if you want to make real chocolate. chocolate made with shortening is compound chocolate or fake chocolate.

    Thanks for the video. But I just want to know, if I use a liquid vegetable oil do I have to heat it up before pouring in the mixture…. hope to hear back.
