    I'd bet the walnut smoothie would be even better with some Ceylon Cinnamon and 2 or 3 Medjool Dates. Both looked really tasty though. Thanks.

    I have type 2 diabetes and i am on insulin can you make a smoothie that i can drink ? Also can i substitute spinach for avacados what's the difference ?
