  1. Thanks so much for this recipe. I love avacado but usually I am the only one in my house who will eat it. I made this smoothie for breakfast today to try it and my 2 year old drank some as well. New way to get some avacado in on the downlow for my toddler at least. :)

  4. I WISH I COULD HAVE THIS! Avocado is so good for you! Every time I try to eat it, I get a sick feeling in my stomach.

    I literally just paused this and ran to the grocery store and got 2 avocados. I'm Brazilian too, like your friend. I've been living in Boston for like 15 years now and this made me very nostalgic of my childhood!

  18. oh yes,, and i wanna actually thank you for this video,, because first Doctor Oz is the one who started me eating Avacodos this year,, but after seeing your video is making me now wanna make shakes out of it… but im a SWEET TOOTH, lol.. and a nice healthy way to make that shake a little sweeter is some good old fasion Protein powder,, not much !!, just 1 table spoon would be enough to make it taste a little sweeter & more delicious !!! :)
