Colorful Pasta Salad
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
19 oz. package frozen Giant Eagle three cheese tortellini pasta
½ cup Giant Eagle olive oil
3 Tbsp. chopped basil
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
3 green onions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and pour into a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over tortellini and toss gently. Serve warm or cold.
Makes 6 servings based on 1 cup portions.
