CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CAKE – so tasty and so easy for kids – no bake frozen recipe for summer
Chocolate sponge roll, cut into half inch bits (you may need two depending on the size of your bowl)
2 litres of chocolate ice cream (more expensive brands will work better than the cheaper more watery ones because they re-freeze without going icy)
Greased Bowl (we used a pyrex bowl)
Spoon or Ice Cream scoop
